This week on the TalentBox, where I have been learning the basics of Java, I learned how to move a frog left and right.
While it may be the first steps to actually programming things that are somewhat interesting, it is a good start. In the beginning parts of the video the instructor had me go to a certain website that I could actually program the frog and all of its movements on. The next video I will be watching will be showing me how to add in an apple and have the objective of the game to be to eat the apple. I am excited to learn Java because it is one of many languages I will have to learn for my intended college major.
